Especially this Christmas was well celebrated starting with the Aphrodite special  Beauty menu party at Svetlana Kravtsova’s Georgian restaurant!

Then Sasha RATIU and 10 British leading designers showed their creations in October at the Sasha Ratiu head quarters in MANCHESTER  Square raising hugely important funds for the Nepalese charity for Burns survivors.

November and December were marked for Sasha Ratiu’s cashmeres and her friend Olga Lowenstein’s silk gowns by several receptions at Sasha RATIU’s grand salon especially to ensure that every friend had been properly indulged and wrapped in cashmeres and silks!!!

PRESS RELEASE

8-10 July – Scoop London Fashion exhibition at Saatchi Gallery!

Sasha Ratiu press releaseSasha Ratiu began designing fine jewellery as a hobby, quickly turning it into a very successful business with her pieces worn by Tamara Mellon and many of London’s most famous and elegant people. In 2002 and 2003 she took her gems to Hollywood and instantly achieved an extraordinary success at the Oscars when her pieces were admired and worn by Sharon Stone and Joan Rivers, nowadays notorious for hosting the TV show ‘Fashion Police.’

The headquarters and showroom of the Sasha Ratiu luxury brand is located in Manchester Square in London in the Ratiu Family Family Foundation opposite the Wallace Collection. Here Sasha has developed her stunning jewellery line and her client base worldwide has steadily grown. Late last year she began building upon the jewellery successes and fulfilled her life-long passion by branching out into luxury clothes for men and women, and accessories for the home. Sasha, being Sasha, luxury is an understatement for the pieces she has created! Her Zarina sable and golden lace coat is just one example. Greatly inspired by her family and their own rich, cultural diversity, she has created opulent and imaginative designs unavailable anywhere else in the world.

Sasha Ratiu’s collection is now ready for discerning retailers to take around the world. She is launching her luxury brand at Scoop London from 8-10th July where she will be hosting her own stand at Gallery 14 at the Saatchi Gallery, Kings Road, Chelsea, London SW3.

La Dolce by Sasha Ratiu and RMF Launch

Launch of La Dolce fashion label by Sasha RatiuLa Dolce – by Sasha Ratiu and RMF, the glamorous new luxury  fashion labels for women’s and men’s silk and cashmere clothing, launched on  October 6th 2011 in a stunning show of must-have designs.

In the elegant company headquarters overlooking Manchester Square in London’s West End, from 2 to 8 pm, buyers and admirers streamed through the door, the clothes dropping from the rails into stunning black La Dolce bags like autumn leaves in the wind. Squeals and gasps of delight came from the ladies who select and shop as they ran the super-soft cashmere wools and silks between their manicured fingers and delighted at the beauty of Sasha Ratiu’s  and RMF’s pleasure-to-wear styles and designs.

The wives of Russian  and Chinese oligarchs jostled with celebrities and city bankers to be the first to buy and wear them whilst husbands stood by quaffing pink champagne and feasting on quail eggs and dim sum.

Buyers noted their selections for their shops and boutiques and fellow professionals and friends happily loaded up with treasures. The launch exceeded all expectations. Many fashion buyers will be disappointed to have missed the launch of this fabulous new label.

Welcome

La Dolce
Sasha Ratiu, founder of the couture cashmere brand La Dolce, already a successful jewellery designer under her own brand name www.sasharatiujewellery.com, is now launching a new exquisite collection of top quality cashmere, pashmina, silk and linen garments. This luxurious collection has extremely comfortable design, stylish shapes with great attention to detail,  includes both men’s and women’s cashmere knitted clothing, home wear and accessories in plain and embellished styles under the brand name La Dolce.

Each design of this couture line is individually created by Sasha Ratiu, meticulously monitored from the drawing board, sourced from the world’s finest yarns and fabrics and stitched by talented seamstresses. Like a jewel every piece is handmade, embellished with vintage embroidery or beads in combination with semiprecious stones.

This range of unique designs will sell in the top retailers in the UK, Scandinavia, Russia, Kazakhstan, and countries further east. A number of retailers have been approached and they have welcomed this new enterprise.

To prepare this collection, Sasha Ratiu travelled across the world looking for organic products and natural dyes for the collection. For example, for pink, red and burgundy colours, wines and berries are used; for green colours, mint extract; for the yellows and browns, nuts and roots. The technique of fixing the colours and making them resilient is an ancient secret known only to few.

Sasha Ratiu plans to launch her label in October under her own name and also the R M F label from her atelier in Nepal, owned by Rajni Malla Fistolera.

For further information and a personal preview of the collection please contact our office at La Dolce Ltd, 18 Fitzhardinge Street, London, W1H 6EQ or by email at sasha@regenthouse.com.
